Dr. Rooji Jinan received her BTech and MTech degrees from University of Calicut, Kerala, India in the years 2012 and 2015 respectively. She received her PhD in the area of low latency distributed systems from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore India in the year 2023. Currently, she works as a Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Engineer in the Wireless Research & Development department at Qualcomm, Bangalore, India from 2022 to 2025. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, India from 2016 to 2017. Her research interests include Performance optimization in 5G networks, AI applied to network digital twins, and Modelling and performance evaluation of networked systems. Curriculum Vitae
